Maple Elementary School is located approximately 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield, CA. Maple sits in the almond orchards of the countryside between the towns of Shafter and Wasco. Maple is west of Shafter and South of Wasco. Our school resides in Shafter, but our school is predominantly shared by Shafter and Wasco students, but we also have a handful of Bakersfield and Buttonwillow students.
